But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible for you.
Free One-Time Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange items from your original order for free within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, please make sure:
- The items are unused, unwashed, and unsoiled, without any stains or damages.
- The original tags and labels are intact.
- The product is packed in its original packaging, including the cloth bag.
Once the product reaches us and passes verification, your exchange or refund will be processed.
Please note — items received in an exchange order cannot be returned or exchanged again.
So kindly choose your exchange item (colour, size, or product) carefully when raising your request.
How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

- We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 2–4 working days.
- Once we receive the product, we’ll process your exchange or refund (via store credit or original payment mode) within 10–15 working days.
